Adjunct Associate Professor
Prof. Nilanjan Raghunath is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Sociology at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and a future-of-work specialist whose work sits at the intersection of AI, organizations, and workforce transformation. Her research examines how automation and technological innovation reshape employability, workplace power dynamics, and the institutional conditions that enable mobility for Gen Z and millennials. She was a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University (2023–2024) and has held visiting and consulting roles with institutions and organizations including Oxford and MIT. She is the author of Shaping the Futures of Work: Proactive Governance and Millennials (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2021) and is currently developing a book on AI-enabled work and social capital.
